Arnav is a rising junior studying Computer Science and Energy Resources Engineering at Stanford University. Born and raised in Central Valley California, Arnav along with his family are from Southern India. Arnav is very interested in the overlap betwen software and renewables as he’s passionate about the spread of clean energy in the developing world. In his free time, he loves playing basketball and producing music. Arnav is joining Design for Bangladesh as a Program Administrator. After studying computer science, he believes our version of design-thinking that integrates programming and policy analysis is crucial because he understands the importance of both ethics and quality design in programming. Arnav’s excited to join Design for Bangladesh as he wants to be a part of a program that will give underprivileged students the chance to flourish and develop passions for all things design.
